ನಿನ್ನೆ ತಡರಾತ್ರಿ ಒಂದು ಗಂಟೆ ಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ಅಪ್ಪಣ್ಣಾ ಹಳಬರ್ ಎನ್ನುವವರ ಗುಡಿಸಲಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹೊತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಉಳಿದ ಗುಡಿಸಲುಗಳಿಗೂ ಬೆಂಕಿ ತಗುಲಿದೆ.
ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಏಳು ಗುಡಿಸಲುಗಳು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಸ್ಮವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮೂರು ಹೋರಿ, ಹದಿನೆಂಟು ಆಡುಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ನಗದು, ಬಂಗಾರ ಸೇರಿ ಮನೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನೆಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಬೆಂಕಿಗಾಹುತಿಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು ಸುಮಾರು ಹತ್ತು ಲಕ್ಷ ಮೌಲ್ಯದಷ್ಟು ನಷ್ಟವುಂಟಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಘಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಗಾಯಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.
